Satori Solutions Incorporates Kodak Document Capture Technology

Fax-over-IP provider, Satori Solutions, has partnered with Kodak (News - Alert) on a strategic reseller agreement that lets the Colorado-based company include Kodak Capture Software, Hardware and solutions with its fax, image and document management solutions, according to a release from Kodak.

The agreement improves Satori’s ability to help its customers acquire, convert, maintain and use data from unstructured sources such as paper documents. While e-mail, Word documents and PDFs have an important role in business, paper documents such as fax still account for roughly 80 percent of corporate data, the release divulged.

In light of this, Satori offers its clients state-of-the-art, fully-customized enterprise solutions that use artificial intelligence to continuously adapt to user-specific needs, including fax-over-IP solutions.

“Our goal is to make your company more competitive by streamlining the way that you transmit, process and archive faxes,” Satori stated on its website.

The new offering through Kodak intelligently and automatically handles inbound and outbound multi-sourced information workflows at production speeds both privately and securely with high levels of accuracy. Customers can also integrate the solution with their legacy information handling systems.

“Document management software and Fax over IP contribute to achieving this goal by cutting down your paper stream, consolidating your communications infrastructure and making it easier for you to automate your workflow and capture relevant document data,” Satori noted.

According to the Kodak statement, Satori chose Kodak for its proven leadership and continued innovation in document and image management.
