Grudi Associates Replaces Traditional Fax Machines with New Efax Technology

Efax, a cloud-based service enables users to send or receive faxes using a computer economically. You need to set up an account with an efax service provider, which routes documents from a computer to a fax machine and vice versa.

Sending faxes is very easy with Efax. The sender starts by scanning or creating a document in a common format, such as PDF, TIFF, TXT, MS Word or MS Excel. After that, you may attach the file with an ordinary e-mail with a special e-mail address containing the recipient’s fax phone number entered into the “send to” address. The text in e-mail message area will then be received as the cover page.
